RETURN REFUND POLICY

EarLums.com mission, is to provide great products and customer service at reasonable prices. Please, understand that we take great pride in our products and commitment to our customers and we’ll do our best to help. We respect and value  our customers and we expect the same in return.

NOTE: Polite and positive attitude/requests, rather than rude demands and negativity, will be greatly welcomed, appreciated and sometimes rewarded. 😀

 We only accept returns within 7 days from the date it has been received. If for any reason you are unhappy, simply return your item to us within the time frame listed.

If package/shipment is returned or refused for any reason the entire purchase price will be fully refunded to the buyer.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

ATTENTION UK and All International BUYERS!!!!

Customs charges are applied to imports into the EU/UK with a value over 15 Euros. If you choose not to pay the customs fees and your package gets returned to us, we will issue a full refund of the purchase fee, when the package is returned.

Please. know that S&H FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Returns will be subject to a 15-50% restocking fee based on several factors, including but not limited to: overall merchandise condition, time frame listed, reason for return.

Defective or wrong merchandise MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt and returned immediately.  If not reported, the product will be considered to be to your satisfaction and later reports/inquiries/refunds will be denied. Please note that defective merchandise will be checked for buyer misuse and a restocking fee will be assessed. Some products are non returnable/refundable (if stated in product description).

 Package should have arrived by now. Where is it?

We guarantee to ship out packages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we cannot control and guarantee delivery by any certain date once is in the USPS or any other shipping carrier hands. Sometimes its in the shipping van ready to be delivered and it doesn’t get updated on the system until days later. Unfortunately we cant control shippers in any way. We can only check for updates as they get uploaded/updated in the USPS/Shipper System. The buyer can check with the post office or mailman in their area. Rest assured that you will get a full refund if the package is lost.  If there’s no  tracking updates within 30 days for USA packages or 90 days for International packages (from the shipping date), we will issue a full refund back to you. Buyer needs to contact us.

The S&H charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

Package didn’t arrive and USPS tracking shows: DELIVERED

Earlums.com will not issue refunds for packages marked DELIVERED by the USPS. We suggest that you check with the Postman, Post Office management, neighbors and anyone who also shares the residence. Make sure you also check porches, doorways, side doors, under chairs, behind planters. Postal carriers sometimes will “hide” packages so that they are protected from bad weather or so they can’t be seen from the road. Please, take a few minutes and check around the outside of the home and with your neighbors. If this is unsuccessful, buyer will contact the custom/postal office in their district for additional information/recovery. If you think that your mail has been tampered with, file a claim ASAP with the USPS. (https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactus/filecomplaint.aspx)

We cannot control or take action on USPS packages/shipments marked: DEPARTED/TRANSIT/DELIVERED.

Absolutely NO EXCHANGES!

To start the return process, follow the steps below:

E-mail our Customer Service department to initiate the return/refund  customerservice@earlums.com

Enclose a copy of your order or the order number along with the reason for the return.

The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping and original shipping costs.
