The front magnet disc attached to the crystal is 1mm thick. You can choose between 1mm and 2mm thickness for the back discs.

How to wear:
First time they should be worn for about 10-15 minutes. If your ear lobe becomes sore from the pressure, take them off for a few minutes let the blood flow back into your ear and put them back on. They can be comfortably worn for longer periods of time after the ear lobe gets used to the pressure.

My order was faulty – the magnets would not stay on my ear. I showed it to my doctor who believes the fault is in one of the magnets. The shipping charge to the UK was the same as the actual cost of the product. I contacted the shop, who told me that they will refund me for the product cost but not the shipping, and that I must also pay myself to return the item?! Given that the shipping cost is the same as the product cost, this means I will actually LOSE money! The shop’s communication with me has been very unaccommodating. I have looked into how to raise a complaint with Etsy… more

Our product it’s not faulty. It’s probably not appropriate for her situation. However the reason, due to the expensive shipping costs we have stated in all our products description, and our shop policy that S&H fees are nonrefundable. CUSTOMERS do not read the policies and blame whoever they can, the seller or ETSY.

The gem broke off after not even a full day. It’s a strong magnet and tends to hurt my ear, but I think I just need to get used to the pressure. Other than the gem falling off, it’s a good product.
