Orders typically ship within 24 hours sometimes sooner (M-F) First Class, United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days from the order ship date. Tracking numbers will be provided and used as “proof of shipment”. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail once the package is received and entered in the system by the post office. Please, contact USPS directly with the USPS tracking provided by us. If package/shipment is returned or refused for any reason the entire purchase price will be fully refunded to the buyer. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

S&H for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order will be shipped USPS First Class Economy International or Global Post. Please allow 4-6weeks (sometimes sooner) for delivery and be aware of any customs restrictions particular to your country, as all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. According to law, all packages will be shipped marked as”Merchandise”made in USA at full price value. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

ATTENTION UK and All International BUYERS!!!!

Customs charges are applied to imports into the EU/UK with a value over 15 Euros. If you choose not to pay the customs fees and your package gets returned to us, we will issue a full refund of the purchase the we get it back.

S&H FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE!

NOTE: Once a package has left U.S. no further tracking information will be posted via the USPS customs number unless the receiving country is updating it. We cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take a long time to be cleared by customs. We cannot take action on “missing” international items. Contact us, if you require a faster shipping method or international tracking and insurance. We’re happy to check into available options specific to you. The cost will be highly increased. 😔

Due to poor delivery rate, Earlums will not ship orders to INDIA. All orders will be cancelled as soon as received.

Our mission is to provide great products and customer service at reasonable prices. We take great pride in our products and commitment to our customers and we do our best to help.
We only accept returns within 7 days from the date it has been received. If for any reason you are unhappy, simply return your item to us within the time frame listed.
Defective merchandise MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt and returned immediately.  If not reported, the product will be considered to be to your satisfaction and later reports/inquiries/refunds will be denied. Please note that defective merchandise will be checked for buyer misuse and a restocking fee might be assessed. Some products are non returnable/refundable (if stated in product description).

Returns may be subject to a 15-50% restocking fee based on several factors, including but not limited to: overall merchandise condition, time frame listed, and reason for return.

Enclose a copy of your order or the order number along with the reason for the return.
The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping and original shipping costs. If package/shipment is returned or refused for any reason the entire purchase price will be fully refunded to the buyer. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are welcomed and made upon request, at extra cost. Please email us your request, for example: “red wire and white pearls “and we will craft a customized product that will be matching your needs.Custom orders are non returnable!

SALES TAX Earlums is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California.

PAYMENTS PayPal and Amazon Pay payments, are accepted for all online orders – the most efficient and secure way.

PayPal and Amazon accepts all major credit cards. Once you log in, they will guide and direct you, on how to use your credit/debit card for payment.

Terms of Service:

Earlums.com reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Orders will be fully refunded when cancelled. Notifications will be sent via email to the email address provided when submitted your order. Earlums.com does not assume responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations or email notification failures. By submitting an order the purchaser agrees to our Shop Policies and Terms of Service.

Earlums.com has no access to customers credit card information. Your credit/debit card information is never entered or saved in our system.
